Return and Refund

1. General: This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Green Touch Carpet accepts returns and processes refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

2. Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase in the form of an order confirmation is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. These include custom-made or personalized carpets and rugs, items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to misuse, products marked as "Final Sale", and items returned without original packaging or tags.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at [your-email@greentouchcarpet.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and the reason for return in your email. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Please do not ship the product back without receiving confirmation from our team.

5. Return Shipping — Domestic (India): For domestic returns within India, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Green Touch Carpet will arrange and cover the return shipping.

6. Return Shipping — International: For international returns, all shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Inspection & Approval: Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.

8. Refund Process: Upon approval of your return, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

9. Refund Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Green Touch Carpet is not responsible for any currency conversion differences or charges applied by your bank.

10. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photographs of the damage along with your Order ID. Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

11. Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your Order ID. We will arrange a pickup and deliver the correct product or issue a full refund.

12. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange shipping charges will apply and are to be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error.

13. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us with your Order ID. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted and the standard return process will apply.
