1. General: By accessing and placing an order on Green Touch Carpet ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and Green Touch Carpet.

2. Products: All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product colors may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen display settings. Handcrafted rugs and carpets may have minor natural variations — this is a characteristic of handmade products, not a defect. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Pricing & Currency: Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) by default and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Currency conversion rates are approximate and may vary based on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Final charges will be in the currency processed at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We accept all major international payment methods including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed. Green Touch Carpet reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement.

5. Shipping & Delivery: For domestic orders within India, orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days. For international orders, processing takes 3–7 business days and delivery takes 10–21 business days depending on the destination country. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier partners, or unforeseen circumstances. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Green Touch Carpet has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order.

7. Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging. Handcrafted or custom-made products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. International return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency. 8. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, email us immediately with your Order ID.

9. Intellectual Property: All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Green Touch Carpet and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability: Green Touch Carpet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

11. Privacy: Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

12. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. For international customers, while Indian law governs this agreement, we aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Bhadohi], India.

13. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
